Brand & Content Usage Policy

This Brand & Content Usage Policy explains permitted and prohibited uses of the names, logos, product names, screenshots, videos, written materials, graphics, demonstrations, and other content associated with She-Rise Collections, LLC, including the SRC Lupus Wellness Tracker™.

1. Purpose

We welcome legitimate discussion, reviews, commentary, press coverage, and references to She-Rise Collections and its products. This Policy is intended to clarify when permission is required and to help prevent unauthorized copying, redistribution, impersonation, or commercial exploitation of our protected materials.

2. References, Reviews, Commentary, and News Coverage

You may refer to She-Rise Collections, LLC or the SRC Lupus Wellness Tracker™ by name when accurately identifying the company or product in legitimate commentary, reviews, criticism, news reporting, education, or discussion.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to prohibit lawful fair use, nominative use, commentary, criticism, news reporting, or other uses permitted by applicable law.

Any opinion, review, or commentary should not falsely state or imply that She-Rise Collections sponsors, endorses, approves, employs, partners with, or is affiliated with the speaker unless that relationship actually exists.

3. Attribution Does Not Automatically Grant Permission

Providing credit to She-Rise Collections does not automatically authorize copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, licensing, modifying, or commercially exploiting protected content.

Where permission or a license is required, attribution alone is not a substitute for that permission.

4. Logos, Product Names, and Brand Identity

She-Rise Collections names, logos, product names, trade dress, graphics, and other brand identifiers may not be used in a way that is likely to create confusion regarding sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, ownership, or authorization.

Do not:

• alter a She-Rise logo and present the altered version as official
• create social accounts, websites, groups, products, or services that falsely appear to be operated by She-Rise
• use She-Rise branding as the primary branding of another business or product without written authorization
• register confusingly similar domain names, social handles, business names, or product names for the purpose of impersonation or misleading affiliation

5. Screenshots and Images

Limited screenshots may be used when reasonably necessary for legitimate commentary, review, press coverage, or other lawful purposes. The amount used should be appropriate to the purpose.

Permission is required to use screenshots, tracker interfaces, graphics, or other She-Rise imagery primarily as promotional assets for another business, paid product, course, advertisement, sales funnel, template, resource library, or competing service.

Private demonstration screens, nonpublic prototypes, confidential materials, and NDA-protected information may not be published or shared without written authorization.

6. Videos, Screen Recordings, and Demonstrations

You may not record or publish a private demonstration, screen share, presentation, training session, or nonpublic product walkthrough without prior written permission from She-Rise Collections.

Publicly available product content may be discussed or referenced subject to applicable law, but full or substantial reproductions of demonstrations, training materials, or protected product content may require permission.

7. Written Content and Educational Materials

Original website copy, tracker language, instructions, guides, policies, educational materials, prompts, templates, scripts, and other written content may not be copied in substantial part, repackaged, sold, licensed, or presented as another party’s original material without authorization.

Short quotations for legitimate commentary or discussion may be permitted by law depending on the circumstances.

8. Source Code, Workflows, and Product Structure

No permission is granted to copy, scrape, extract, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, recreate, or commercially exploit proprietary source code, private workflows, access-control systems, nonpublic technical documentation, backend concepts, or confidential product-development materials.

9. Social Media Use

Social media creators, businesses, influencers, pages, groups, and media accounts may discuss or review She-Rise products, subject to applicable law.

They may not:

• falsely claim to own or have created She-Rise products or content
• falsely claim an official partnership or endorsement
• repost substantial protected content as a substitute for the original product
• monetize unauthorized copies of She-Rise protected materials
• publish private demo recordings or confidential information obtained under an NDA
• use She-Rise content to market a competing or derivative product in a manner that violates applicable intellectual-property or contractual rights

10. Commercial Use and Monetization

Commercial or monetized use does not automatically make a reference unlawful, and noncommercial use does not automatically make copying lawful. Whether permission is required depends on the specific use and applicable law.

Businesses seeking to use She-Rise screenshots, videos, branding, product demonstrations, educational materials, or proprietary content in advertising, sponsorships, paid training, commercial publications, sales materials, or other promotional activity should request written permission or a license.

11. Affiliates, Sponsors, and Authorized Partners

Authorized affiliates, sponsors, licensees, and partners must follow the terms of their applicable written agreement and any brand guidelines provided by She-Rise Collections.

Authorization for one campaign, platform, product, or use does not automatically authorize other uses.

12. Private and Confidential Information

Information disclosed under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Demo Confidentiality Agreement, developer agreement, licensing discussion, private proposal, or other confidentiality obligation remains subject to that agreement.

This Policy does not reduce or replace any contractual confidentiality obligations.

13. Reporting Suspected Misuse

If you believe She-Rise Collections content, branding, or products are being copied, impersonated, redistributed, or misused, please contact support@she-risecollections.com with links, screenshots, and any other relevant information.

14. Permission Requests

Requests to use She-Rise content, screenshots, logos, videos, demonstrations, or other materials may be submitted to support@she-risecollections.com.

Please describe the material you want to use, where it will appear, whether the use will be commercial or monetized, and how long the material will be used.

15. Intellectual Property and Reservation of Rights

Except for rights expressly granted in writing or rights permitted by applicable law, She-Rise Collections, LLC reserves all rights in its original content, branding, software, graphics, written materials, digital products, and other protected materials.

Nothing in this Policy grants ownership of She-Rise intellectual property.
