Membership Terms

These Membership Terms apply to memberships and subscription-based services offered by She-Rise Collections, LLC, including the SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Membership and any other membership programs specifically identified as being subject to these terms.
By purchasing, beginning a free trial, accessing, or continuing to use a She-Rise Collections membership, you agree to these Membership Terms, along with any applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Digital Product Policy, and other policies displayed on our website.
1. SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Membership
The SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Membership provides access to a private interactive wellness-tracking tool designed for personal organization, reflection, and wellness recordkeeping.
Features may include, but are not limited to:
• daily wellness check-ins
• energy, pain, and fatigue tracking
• symptom tracking
• potential trigger tracking
• sleep and water tracking
• medication and supplement organization
• pain details and morning stiffness tracking
• daily factors and personal notes
• nutrition and food intake records
• calorie records entered by the member
• caffeine tracking
• movement and activity records
• rest and recovery records
• weight tracking and weight trends
• wellness history and trends
• appointment organization
• reminders
• appointment preparation and visit notes
• Provider Visit Summaries created from member-entered information
• access to the SRC Lupus Community™ area and related external community resources
Features may be added, modified, improved, replaced, or discontinued as the service evolves.
2. Membership Plans and Pricing
The SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Membership is currently offered through the following plans:
Monthly Membership
$0.00 for the 7-Day Free Trial, then $7.99 per month until canceled.
Annual Membership
$0.00 for the 7-Day Free Trial, then $79.99 per year until canceled.
Prices and plan availability are displayed before checkout.
If pricing changes in the future, changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and the terms presented to the member.
3. 7-Day Free Trial
Both the Monthly and Annual SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Membership plans currently include a 7-day free trial.
The initial trial charge is $0.00.
Unless the membership is canceled before the free trial ends:
• the Monthly Membership will begin billing at $7.99 per month; or
• the Annual Membership will begin billing at $79.99 per year.
The payment method provided or authorized at checkout may be charged automatically when the trial ends.
To avoid the first paid membership charge, the member must cancel before the 7-day free trial expires.
4. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal
Memberships are recurring subscriptions unless specifically stated otherwise.
By completing checkout, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the membership plan and billing frequency displayed during checkout.
Monthly memberships renew monthly.
Annual memberships renew annually.
Renewal continues until the membership is canceled or otherwise terminated.
5. Cancellation
Members may cancel future renewals through the available customer account, membership portal, subscription-management tools, or by contacting She-Rise Collections for assistance where applicable.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges.
Unless otherwise stated, membership access may remain available through the end of the paid billing period.
For free trials, cancellation must be completed before the trial expires to avoid the first paid charge.
Canceling a membership does not automatically delete information previously entered into the tracker from the member’s own browser or device.
6. Refunds
Because memberships provide digital access and may provide immediate access to interactive tools and digital services, membership payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.
She-Rise Collections does not ordinarily provide:
• partial-period refunds
• prorated refunds
• refunds for unused membership time
• refunds because a member forgot to cancel before renewal
• refunds for digital access already provided
Any exception granted by She-Rise Collections does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.
7. Member Access and Account Requirements
Membership access is connected to the Shopify customer account and email address associated with the membership purchase.
Members should sign in using the same email address used for the membership.
Membership access may require:
• access to the member’s email inbox for Shopify verification codes
• a compatible browser
• cookies or browser storage
• an internet connection
• a supported device
If a member purchases using a different email address, access may be associated with that different Shopify customer account.
Members are responsible for maintaining access to their email address and account credentials.
8. Individual-Use License
Membership access is licensed for the individual member’s personal use only unless She-Rise Collections provides written authorization for another type of use.
Members may not:
• share account access
• allow another person to use their membership credentials
• resell or redistribute tracker access
• sublicense membership access
• copy or reproduce the tracker for resale
• white-label the tracker
• duplicate She-Rise Collections systems for commercial resale
• distribute member-only materials
• bypass membership access controls
• provide unauthorized public or private access to membership content
9. Tracker Data and Local Browser Storage
Information entered into the SRC Lupus Wellness Tracker™ may be stored locally in the member’s browser or device.
Depending on the member’s browser and device settings, saved information may be affected by:
• clearing browser history, cookies, cache, or website data
• using private or incognito browsing
• switching browsers
• switching devices
• device resets
• browser storage restrictions
• software or operating-system changes
She-Rise Collections does not guarantee recovery of locally stored tracker information that has been deleted, cleared, lost, or made unavailable through changes to the member’s device or browser.
Members should retain any information they consider important through their own appropriate records.
10. Customer-Specific Tracker Access
The tracker may use the logged-in Shopify customer account to help separate stored tracker information between customer accounts on the same browser.
Members should log into the correct Shopify customer account before using the tracker.
A person who has physical access to a member’s device, browser session, or logged-in customer account may potentially be able to view information accessible through that session.
Members are responsible for protecting access to their devices and accounts.
11. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
The SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ is a personal wellness organization and tracking tool.
It is not a medical device and does not provide:
• medical advice
• diagnosis
• treatment
• medication instructions
• emergency medical services
• professional medical interpretation
• predictions of Lupus flares
• predictions of disease activity
• individualized nutrition prescriptions
• individualized exercise prescriptions
• weight-loss treatment recommendations
Tracker scores, summaries, trends, charts, and observations are provided for personal organization and informational tracking only.
Members should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional for questions about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medications, nutrition, physical activity, or other medical concerns.
For emergencies, members should contact appropriate emergency services.
12. Provider Visit Summary
The Provider Visit Summary is generated from information entered by the member.
It is intended to help the member organize information for discussion with healthcare professionals.
It is not:
• an official medical record
• a diagnosis
• a clinical assessment
• a medical report prepared by a healthcare provider
• a substitute for professional documentation
Members are responsible for reviewing the information for accuracy before sharing it.
13. Community Access
The membership may provide access or links to the SRC Lupus Communityâ„¢ or related community spaces.
Community participation is intended for peer support and general discussion.
Community conversations do not constitute medical care or professional medical advice.
Members should not rely on community posts as a substitute for advice from qualified healthcare professionals.
14. Facebook and Other Third-Party Platforms
Some community features may link to external platforms, including Facebook.
The SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ does not automatically send tracker entries or tracker data to the Facebook community.
When members leave the She-Rise Collections website and use an external service, that service’s own privacy practices, account terms, and policies apply.
She-Rise Collections does not control the operation, availability, data practices, or policies of third-party platforms.
15. Member Privacy and Personal Information
Members should use care when entering personal or sensitive information into the tracker or sharing information in community spaces.
Members should not publicly share information they wish to keep private.
Use of personal information is also subject to the She-Rise Collections Privacy Policy. Additional information about consumer health data associated with the SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ is available in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
16. No Guarantee of Results
Membership tools are provided to assist with organization, tracking, creativity, education, or other stated purposes.
She-Rise Collections does not guarantee any particular:
• health result
• medical outcome
• financial result
• business result
• improvement in symptoms
• diagnosis
• treatment outcome
• commercial success
Individual experiences will vary.
17. Availability and Technical Changes
She-Rise Collections may update, repair, modify, redesign, replace, or temporarily suspend membership features as necessary for:
• maintenance
• security
• technical improvements
• compatibility
• platform changes
• feature development
• third-party service changes
Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
18. Third-Party Services
Membership functionality may depend on third-party services such as:
• Shopify
• Appstle
• payment processors
• hosting services
• browsers
• email providers
• Facebook or other external community platforms
Third-party outages, changes, restrictions, or service interruptions may temporarily affect membership functionality.
She-Rise Collections is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
19. Other She-Rise Memberships
She-Rise Collections may offer other memberships, subscriptions, communities, generators, digital tools, or creator resources.
Some other products or memberships may require separate third-party software or paid services.
Requirements such as Canva Pro, premium AI platforms, or other software subscriptions apply only when expressly stated for that particular product or membership.
They are not automatically required for the SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Membership.
20. Intellectual Property
The SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢, its design, interface, branding, code, written content, systems, graphics, membership materials, and related intellectual property remain the property of She-Rise Collections, LLC or the applicable rights holder.
Purchase of a membership provides access rights only.
It does not transfer ownership of the tracker, software, design, code, brand, or intellectual property to the member.
21. Prohibited Conduct
Members may not:
• attempt to bypass membership restrictions
• interfere with the operation of the tracker
• reverse engineer or improperly extract proprietary systems
• use membership access for fraud or unlawful activity
• impersonate another member
• share private member access
• misuse community features
• distribute unauthorized copies of membership materials
22. Suspension or Termination
She-Rise Collections may suspend or terminate membership access where reasonably necessary for:
• fraudulent activity
• unauthorized account sharing
• abusive conduct
• serious policy violations
• misuse of the membership service
• payment disputes or unresolved payment failures
• attempts to bypass security or access restrictions
Termination may affect access to membership services.
23. Changes to Memberships and Terms
Membership features, benefits, content, pricing, availability, technology, and these Membership Terms may be updated from time to time.
Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notice obligations.
Continued use of the membership after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the updated terms where legally permitted.
24. Contact and Support
Questions regarding membership access, billing, cancellations, or technical issues may be submitted through the contact options provided on the She-Rise Collections website.
For technical problems, members may be asked to provide information about their device, browser, account, or the issue they are experiencing.
25. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, beginning a free trial, accessing, or continuing to use a She-Rise Collections membership, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Membership Terms and the applicable policies referenced on the She-Rise Collections website.
