Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. She-Rise Collections does not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns once digital files, downloads, templates, generators, memberships, or digital access have been delivered.

Certain products may require basic knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, AI tools, ZIP file extraction, or other compatible software platforms. Some products may also require paid subscriptions or premium memberships such as Canva Pro or ChatGPT Plus in order to access all features or function properly.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ensuring they understand the software, subscription, and technical requirements before purchasing.
