Review your History and Trends, prepare for appointments, create reminders, organize personal visit notes, and create a Provider Visit Summary from information you have entered.

Monthly Membership: $7.99/month after a 7-day free trial
Annual Membership: $79.99/year after a 7-day free trial

7-Day Free Trial: Your selected membership begins with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected and continue renewing at that plan’s billing interval until canceled.

You may cancel your membership through the available membership-management/customer portal. Cancel before the end of the 7-day trial to avoid the first paid membership charge.

Membership access is licensed for individual personal use only. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, redistributing, sublicensing, or white-labeling access to the tracker or its content is prohibited.

Anyone with access to your device, browser session, or signed-in customer account may potentially be able to view information available in that session.
