Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to recurring memberships and subscription-based purchase options offered by She-Rise Collections, LLC, including the SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Membership.

By purchasing a recurring membership or beginning an eligible free trial, you authorize She-Rise Collections, LLC and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided at checkout according to the billing frequency and price displayed when you enroll.

7-Day Free Trial

Eligible SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Monthly and Annual memberships begin with a 7-Day Free Trial.

A valid payment method is required at checkout.

No membership charge is due for the trial period. Unless the membership is canceled before the trial ends, the payment method on file will automatically be charged for the selected membership plan when the trial period expires.

The current membership price and renewal frequency are displayed before checkout.

Canceling During the Free Trial

Members may cancel at any time during the 7-day free trial.

If you cancel before the trial period expires:

  • Your upcoming paid membership renewal will be canceled.
  • You will not be charged for the upcoming membership renewal.
  • You may continue using the SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ for the remainder of your 7-day trial.
  • Your tracker access will automatically end when the trial period expires.

Canceling during the free trial does not immediately remove the remaining trial access.

Automatic Renewal After the Trial

If the membership is not canceled before the free trial ends, it will automatically convert to the paid Monthly or Annual membership selected at checkout.

After the first paid billing period begins, the membership will continue to renew automatically according to the selected billing frequency until canceled.

Canceling a Paid Membership

You may cancel your recurring membership at any time through your She-Rise Collections customer account.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

If you cancel after a paid billing period has already begun, your cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the applicable paid access period. You may continue using the membership benefits through the remainder of that paid period unless otherwise stated.

You will not be charged for the next scheduled renewal after an eligible cancellation has been successfully processed.

Refunds After a Renewal

Canceling a membership does not automatically refund a membership charge that has already been successfully processed.

Paid membership periods are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, except when:

  • Required by applicable law
  • A duplicate charge has occurred
  • A verified billing error has occurred
  • She-Rise Collections, LLC is unable to provide the purchased membership access

Customers who do not wish to renew should cancel before their next scheduled billing date.

Failed or Declined Payments

If an automatic membership payment cannot be processed, additional payment attempts may be made using the payment method on file.

Members may be asked to update their payment information through the membership management section of their She-Rise Collections customer account.

If payment cannot be successfully completed after the applicable retry period, the membership may be canceled and access to membership benefits may end.

Membership Access

Membership access is connected to the Shopify customer account and email address used for the membership purchase.

For the SRC Lupus Wellness Trackerâ„¢ Membership, customers must use the same email address used at checkout when signing in to access the tracker.

When a membership or applicable access period ends, access to the private membership content may also end.

How to Cancel or Manage Your Membership

To manage your membership:

  1. Sign in to your She-Rise Collections customer account using the email address associated with your membership.
  2. Open Memberships or Manage Membership.
  3. Select the applicable membership.
  4. Follow the available options to manage or cancel the membership.

Please complete the cancellation process and confirm that the membership shows as canceled.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled renewal whenever possible.

She-Rise Collections, LLC reserves the right to update membership offerings, provided that changes are handled in accordance with applicable law and any required customer notices.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
